These terms explain how Kids Adventure may be used and what everyone can expect from it. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to follow them.

1. Who can use Kids Adventure

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children use the app under that account, and the adult who owns it is responsible for supervising how it is used and for keeping the login details safe.

2. The service is free

Kids Adventure is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no locked worlds, and no advertising. If we ever introduce a paid option in the future, we will tell account holders by email beforehand, and nothing you already use will start costing money without your explicit consent.

3. Your account

Please keep your account information accurate and your password private. Tell us promptly at info@kidsadventureapp.com if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You may close your account at any time by emailing us from the address on it.

4. Fair play

Use Kids Adventure lawfully and respectfully. Please do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, interfere with how it runs, or try to reach data or systems you are not authorised to access. We may suspend an account that is being used in those ways.

5. Content and progress

Quests, characters, artwork, product copy, and interface elements belong to Kids Adventure or its licensors, and are provided for personal, non-commercial family use. The progress saved to your account — stars, streaks, quests, and badges — belongs to your family, and you can ask us for a copy or ask us to delete it.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it is provided as is. Features may change, and the app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app grows. We will update the date above and let account holders know by email before anything important changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
