Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Kids Adventure is built for children aged 3 to 8 and the grown-ups who look after them, so privacy is treated like a core product feature rather than a footnote. The app is completely free, carries no advertising, and contains no advertising or behavioural tracking. This page explains exactly what we store, why we store it, and how you can have it removed.
1. Kids come first
Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian — children never sign up on their own. We collect the minimum needed to run the learning experience, and we never sell children's data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
2. What we store
For each account we store the parent's email address, the display name chosen for the account, and learning progress such as experience points, streaks, completed quests, and earned badges. Progress is saved so it follows your child across devices. You may also add a phone number at sign-up; it is optional, kept on your account for future reference and support only, and is never used for marketing. Signing in always uses your email address and password.
3. How we use it
Information is used to sign you in, save and sync progress, show families a clear view of how learning is going, and respond when you contact support. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your data to target you or your child with marketing.
4. No ads, no tracking
There is no third-party advertising anywhere in the app or on this website, and no advertising, analytics, or social media trackers follow you around. Our hosting provider collects anonymous page performance measurements (such as how quickly a page loads) that are not tied to your identity and are used only to keep the site fast.
5. Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the product: Supabase hosts the account database and handles sign-in, and Vercel hosts this website. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
6. Parents are in control
You can update your display name from Settings at any time. To access a copy of your family's data, correct it, or delete the account entirely, email us at info@kidsadventureapp.com from the address on the account. We action deletion requests within 30 days, and deleting an account removes its saved progress.
7. Keeping data safe
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it to operate the service. We keep account data for as long as the account is active, and remove it after a deletion request unless we are legally required to retain something.
8. Changes and questions
If this policy changes in a way that affects families, we will update the date above and let account holders know by email before the change takes effect. Questions are always welcome at info@kidsadventureapp.com.
